Hello, Just wanted to know about using Enfold full width options. To design a full width image from side to side, but not the entire full screen top to bottom, what are the options I can use ? Image Elements 1/1 does not provide a full screen from side to side like Fullwidth Easy Slider. Is Fullwidth Easy Slider my only option to provide a full width image from side to side with no white border on either side or can I do this using Image Elements somehow ? Maybe I missing something ? Thanks, Max

    Hey Max,

You can insert an image element, and make sure it’s not inside a 1/1 Element. Also, make sure that when you insert the image, your Attachment Display Settings is set to Fullscreen Sections/Sliders.

Can you try that and let us know how it goes?

    Best regards,
    Sarah

Still don’t understand. I’ve tried everything and I can’t get it to be full screen except when I use the slider full screen feature. I wanted to know if there is a way to get a full screen (from side to side) by just inserting an image like when you insert a normal image, but would like it full screen.

    Hey!

Yes, you can insert an image like when you insert a normal image and make it full screen from side to side.

First, make sure you’re NOT inside a layout element. Insert the image outside of it.

Next, Insert an image element as you normally would, and select your image from your image library. Then before you click the blue “Insert” button, make sure that the Attachment Display Setting is set to Full Size. Like this:

Of course your image’s size has to be large enough to fill the width of your website. :)

If my instructions are still unclear, may we have temporary access into your Dashboard so I can demonstrate it for you?

    Best regards,
    Sarah

I still could not get it to work Sarah. I inserted outside the 1/1 and selected Full Size. I even tried many of the others and I’m still getting white borders on either side. It does not go completely from side to side on my screen – at least not like when you insert an image on the Full Screen Slider.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe you could try using a Color Section element and setting the image as a background to it?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
