    Hi, I am using the full width easy slider to display a video and caption at the top of my home page (private link below)

    This works fine on my laptop, but when I view the page on an iPhone (Ive tried two different models) the video and its caption are not being displayed.

    Hey Richard,

    You can try to use the video and the content with these modules:

    1. Put the video in a color section background.

    2. Insert the excerpt and the button inside this color section.

    Thanks John,

    That is a shame, as the Easy Slider does just what I need, with the caption overlay over the video.

    Do you know of any issue with Full Width Easy Slider videos not appearing on iPhone?

    Hi,

    Videos in the slider are disabled on mobile devices for various reasons, that’s why we added the “Choose fallback image for mobile devices” option. You can find this note below the option.

    Either upload a new, or choose an existing image from your media library
    Video on most mobile devices can’t be controlled properly with JavaScript, which is mandatory here, therefore you are required to select a fallback image which can be displayed instead
