Hi
For some reason my easy sliders have stopped working (worked fine yesterday)?
I’m using 3.8 with the latest version of wordpress. I deactivated all the plugins but no joy. Still no joy when I had actually deleted all the plugins also.
The advanced layer slider works just not the easy sliders.
The images are visible in the media library also.If I could have a few minutes of your support that would be great
Many thanks

November 9, 2016 at 9:10 am #710117Hi,
The slider on the front page is working on my end, though I do see the error messages you posted. Did you try clearing the cache from your caching plugin and leave it disabled?
Do we have permission to disable plugins if you should have any further problems?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 9, 2016 at 11:45 am #710175Hi Rikard
The slider on the homepage is the advanced layer slider, its the easy sliders that have stopped working.
Feel free to disable any plugins and make changes.
many thanks
November 9, 2016 at 4:10 pm #710284Hi,
Ok, thanks for that. I have no idea what is trying to load that old jQuery. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 28, 2017 at 3:44 am #752722** Update for below ** – the web hosting company for my website provided a fix for my problem and it was suggested I update Enfold in the future using FTP and not within the WordPress environment.
Hello,
I was recently prompted to update the Enfold Theme within WordPress ‘Updates’ (even though I had recently updated it within the last month or so). After clicking update under the Enfold theme settings/tabs/etc.it appeared to be complete but the very next link I clicked the screen went blank/white.
I tried re-signing into WordPress but when entering the wp-admin url into the browser, only a blank/white screen appears.
The second issue that has been created after I attempted the theme update explained above is that the full-width easy slider is not working.
I attempted to deactivate some plugins via FTP by renaming the plugin folder names but didn’t seem to have an affect on the website.
I will provide private content information to you.
Thanks for your input,

RikardMarch 1, 2017 at 9:45 pm #753964Hello Rikard,
I placed an update note regarding this issue at the top of my original inquiry. The web hosting company I use was able log in through FTP and fix the issue. When I was updating Enfold within WordPress, Envato was apparently having s3amazon issues (now resolved) which affected the theme update, which seemed to then cause the slider issue. The slider is now working fine.
Thanks kindly for your response and time!
