Dear Kriesi Team,
The full width easy slider on my home page doesn’t slide from one video to the next even though I’ve activated “Autorotation.”
Please help.
Thank you.December 20, 2016 at 4:13 pm #726618Hey Nabil,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
YigitDecember 20, 2016 at 5:05 pm #726663Thanks for the prompt reply Yigit. The problem was the plugin “Contact Form 7” by Takayuki Miyoshi.
Can I re-activate that plugin now that the slider is sliding? Or should I look for another contact plugin that doesn’t interfere with the slider?December 20, 2016 at 5:07 pm #726664Hi!
Contact Form 7 is working fine with Enfold. It may be because of the markup you used in your contact form. Please try activating the plugin and check if issue remains. If it does, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.
Cheers!
YigitDecember 20, 2016 at 5:17 pm #726671Hello again,
It seems like it was the Youtube plugin by EmbedPlus Team and not the Contact Form 7.
Sorry about that. Let me know if I shouldn’t use that plugin. Thank you!December 20, 2016 at 5:22 pm #726677Hi!
Glad you figured it out!
Please consider using a plugin such as this one instead – https://wordpress.org/plugins/tubepress/Regards,
