I’m not sure I understand the problem, the page you linked to is more or less blank. Could you post a screenshot of the problem please?

RikardMarch 4, 2019 at 6:30 am #1074171Hi,
Sorry, I forgot that the site is in maintenance mode. We can’t access this without login to the back-end. I have added the login details.
Could you please check once again.Only the below 2 pages not loading the slider, because both of these having a contact form. i have found that any pages without contact form is properly loading the slider.
Please do check and let me know. I think, any JQuery conflict or something like that.- This reply was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by davealexander.
March 5, 2019 at 7:37 am #1074687Hi,
Thanks for that. I think you are right, it looks to be a jQuery conflict from the Ajax Search Pro plugin. What happens if you disable that?

Sorry, I can’t disable that. We are using the Jax search pro in several places. It’s a main feature in our website. But the slider is working well in other pages, if they don’t have any contact form. We can’t disable that. What would we do?March 6, 2019 at 7:44 am #1075345Hi,
Ok, but you will have to debug the problem and that is the first thing I could see. You can’t even disable it for less than 1 minute to see if the problem goes away? If not then you will have to copy the site to a staging area and try to debug the problem there instead.

RikardMarch 7, 2019 at 6:46 am #1075788Ok. Our hosting provider has had a DDoS attack and have temporarily shut down part of their network. Unfortunately it has affected all of our sites, including the LMG development site. The problem will be resolved soon. So, I will disable the plugin when it’s fine and I will let you know. Thanks
March 8, 2019 at 7:16 am #1076239Hi,
Site is online now. I have checked by disabling the plugin Ajax search pro and search and filter pro etc.. But the slider is not working yet. I think the issue is with contact form. If it is the conflict with slider and ajax search pro, the slider will not work in any places. But here, only the pages with contact form have the issue. All the other pages working perfectly with slider and ajax search.March 12, 2019 at 7:31 am #1077678Hi,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

BasilisMarch 12, 2019 at 10:36 am #1077765Hi,
I think you did not understand me. The problem does not cause that plugin. It’s not an jQuery conflict or something like that. It’s only with the Enfold theme. Could you please check the 2 links I have shared above. Both the pages contain a form (Created using the theme element “contact form”). Only the pages with the form element is not loading the slider. All the other pages are working fine with the slider. So there is no any plugin conflict. Do you get me?March 13, 2019 at 8:07 pm #1078367Hi davealexander,
There is an error is JavaScript and so the JavaScript breaks and the images from the slider do not render since the animation is fired from JavaScript.
You have the header.php file in your child theme. Has it been updated with a fresh copy?

Yes the header file is updated. I do not understand, how the slider works on the other pages. You say that this is not due to contact form. How can we fix this issue?March 19, 2019 at 3:05 am #1080178 -
