Hi there,

I’ve had full width easy sliders on all my pages for about a year and suddenly they’re not showing any more. They’re still there when I log in in the back end, but when you visit the website – there is just blank space there. Any ideas please?

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Hi Yigit,

When I go into updates it says I’m running the most current version at 4.5?

Any ideas?

You should update the theme, not WordPress. Please refer to links i posted above :)

Hi Yigit,

I’ve had that in place for a while now and when I go in there is says:
Theme Updates

No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7)

Check Manually

So it’s not showing the more recent version that you said I need – any ideas why that is? Even when I click check manually.

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, please update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
