I have a problem with full width areas and parallax images in Chrome (v42). Firefox (v37) works fine. I did not have problems before and I just changed images of the website, nothing else. At the moment, I wouldn’t want to do any updates and want to work with the system like it was. Again, I have just changed images in the full width areas and the images do not seem to load properly, even after reloading the webpage without browser cache.

Could you please have a look, why there is a difference in the the way the website is displayed in the two browsers?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey Daniel!

Could you try to update to the latest version, 3.1.4, to see if that helps?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I updated just the theme to 3.1.5 and it did not change the behaviour. Have restored the old version again.

    Any other idea?

    Hi!

It’s going to be hard for us to help you if you are using an old version of the theme, could you copy the site to a staging area maybe so that we can have a closer look?

    Regards,
    Rikard

That is a problem. I wonder why it is not working, even though it was working before. I really have just exchanged images, no further updates or plugin updates etc.

    Hey!

Ok, we could find out if you would be able to copy the site to somewhere on a live server with the latest version of the theme, do you think that would be possible?

    Regards,
    Rikard

No, unfortunately this is not possible. I will think about a solution, to get a copy on the live server to play around with.

    Thanks for your help, though!
