    Hello Support,

    I am working on a client’s site using the Enfold theme.

    They would like an HD video from YouTube to be in their homepage slider; full-width.

    Here is the client’s site: cloud.voxmaxum.com/home-video-test/.

    The site is in development; I’ve included the credentials needed for you to get access. Please let me know if you are having any issues with this.

    I did some research and ticket support for this about a month ago and was told this slider plugin does support 100% width for video. I thought the client was dropping the request so I dropped pursuing the solution – but now they’ve brought it back.

    Any solutions? See any mistakes on my part?

    where are the credentials? but anyway the site is not loading for me. Could you please check?

    Hello Andy,

    The credentials were put in the “Private Content” area of my post.
    I just checked the site – it is loading for me: http://cloud.voxmaxum.com/. You have to be logged in to get past the “under construction” plug-in.

    (Just in case, this is my test page for working this out: test page link)

    Here are some screenshots – though I think you are going to need to actually login to help trouble-shoot:
