    The full-screen slider on our homepage is distorting images and make them huge (much bigger than full screen).

    The problem seems to have happened overnight and we cannot work out why.

    Could someone take a look at our ‘Home’ page and advise?

    Hey Revolution,

    I’m not sure what’s going on there, have you done any customisations to the theme at all? If so, what were they?

    Hi Rikard

    No, we haven’t made any customisations. I replicated the homepage to do a bit of testing and found that it displays correctly when there are no other blocks added but as soon as I had some columns below it distorts.

    Hi,

    The slider is getting a fixed height of more than 1400px instead of the browser height . I created a test page and checked it without any other elements but the issue remains the same. Then checked for a plugin compatibility issue but it’s not the reason why it’s happening.

    I noticed you are using a recent version but there is a possibility some files may be corrupt and to fix this issue you need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thanks Vinay. That has now resolved the issue. I’m not sure why the files become corrupted but we are operational again now.
