    Hi there,
    Thanks for the great theme.

    As my homepage loads, the full screen image shows up super big for a second or two before it resizes to the appropriate size. Is there a way to resize it before the page loads, or hide it until it has been resized?

    Hey!

    That is because of your image sizes.
    You can run a compression for them, maybe using WP SMUSH IT and check if that will fix the issue.
    Other way is to cache the site with a plugin like wprocket, optimisation.io or W3total cache and cache the way images load ( use lazy load ).
