    For visual composer or other pagebuilder add-ons, need FULL BLANK PAGE TEMPLATES.

    For example :

    1- width:100% x h : auto
    2. w : auto x h : auto
    3. w : 100% x h : 100%
    4. w : manuel, x h : manuel
