    When I try to install plugins or even uninstall plugins that are preinstalled I get the following message:
    “connection information

    To perform this action, WordPress requires access to your web server. Please enter the FTP server information to proceed. If you have forgotten your login information, so you should at your web host to ask.
    hostname
    FTP Username
    FTP password This password is not stored on the server.
    connection Type
    FTP FTPS (SSL)”.

    Could you tell me what is going wrong? In my other theme I never got these kind of messages.

    Hi Nicoletta_DUS,

    It not coming from your theme, that is for sure. Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
