Hi!

@alison22 You are still using Enfold 3.8.1. Please create a new topic and in private content section, post FTP access. Also, please upload freshly downloaded Enfold.zip to somewhere and let us know where .

Hey!

Same result, try following this guide on how to update the theme (there’s a video at the end on how to do it via FTP):
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

- A WordPress account.
- The enfold.zip somewhere uploaded in your server.
