    I have installed the FQSM Pro plugin and have been having a problem when the “Animated Form Elements” setting is turned on with the Enfold theme. It seems as if all the survey questions have an opacity of zero when the setting is on. When the setting is off, all the questions are visible.

    I have narrowed the problem to the theme (switching to another theme makes the issue go away). Is there some sort of css adjustment I can do to turn on the animated setting on?

    Not sure what it could be. I didn’t see any errors. Try contacting the plugin authors and let us know what they say.

    Here is the response from the plugin author when I talked to them:

    Seems like some JS conflict. Did you try disabling other plugins and themes? Alternately you can disable Animated Form option from Form Builder > Form Theme.

    Hi!

    I’m afraid you have to turn off the form builder animation unless the plugin author can find a way to make it work with Enfold. Anyway, if you can provide the login details, we’ll try to help. Don’t forget to set it as a private reply.
