    Hi Guys,

    I habe no idea why but I can’t update the FRONTPAGE (it stops loading with “/wp-admin/post ” and it shows me an HTTP 500 error) – any other page is no problem only the FRONTPAGE is not able to update.

    Could you please help me?

    Hey Niko,

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If that does not help, please post FTP logins here privately as well

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, so this only happens when you change something on the front page and try to save it? Are we allowed to make changes to it to be able to reproduce the error?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. I tried adding some content and I got the same error. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I have updated the theme via FTP with a fresh theme – but the frontpage is still not “updatable”

    I have fixed the problem – I don’t know why but the Fullwidth Slider on top was responsible for the problem. After I have deleted it, everything works fine.
