Greetings,
When I am logged into the website, my homepage is showing the correct widgets in the footer.
When I log out of the site, the correct footer widgets item disappear.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?

March 16, 2016 at 4:51 pm #599011Hi Mark!
Everything should be fine with the footer widget. The widgets display both when I was logged in and was not. You simply needed to clear your browser cache to see the changes after deactivating the plugins. Please see my screenshot in the Private section.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Best regards,
JordanMarch 16, 2016 at 6:00 pm #599055Hi Jordan,
If you look at the home page and the rest of the pages on the site, the footers ARE NOT THE SAME.
Hence, the footer on the homepage is not working correctly.
I appreciate your help with this… but am getting a little frustrated as I have explained this problem now many times.
Is there anyway I can share screenshots? They above screenshot is displaying the WRONG footer widgets.
Thanks,

March 16, 2016 at 6:29 pm #599085Hey!
Very sorry for the misunderstanding.
The issue was that for the homepage you had not set the footer settings to display the footer widgets and the socket. I have made the change for you and you can reference my screenshot for the setting I changed.
Best regards,
JordanMarch 16, 2016 at 8:17 pm #599175Great, however… the wrong footer widgets are still showing on the homepage.
Will you please look at the homepage and then look at the footer and any of the other pages?

March 18, 2016 at 1:49 pm #600280Hi!
I checked the functions.php file of the parent theme and it’s broken or corrupted. Some of the scripts are missing. Please get a fresh copy of the theme from your themeforest account then update it via FTP. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
Cheers!
IsmaelMarch 18, 2016 at 10:57 pm #600569Hi Ismael,
I updated the Enfold theme file via Filezilla. Still no change. When logged in, the correct footers show. When I log out, only the HomePage has the incorrect items in footer.
I am using a child theme… would this affect anything? Thanks again for the help,

We are seeing a lot of errors in the console and those errors are removed once we deactivate the plugins. Please deactivate all plugins then activate them one at a time to find the culprit.
Cheers!

I have tried this with no success.
I did some research, and other sites have had an issue with an interfering front page template. Could this be the case: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/widgets-not-showing-on-front-page
