front end not matching edits in backend

Hi,
I’ve edited a blog post and added some photos but none of the edits show up in front end.
I’ve cleared the cache several times, tried a different browser etc but everywhere my backend shows the edits but the frontend doesn’t…

And I haven’t updated WordPress because that breaks my mobile menu…
