    I am installing Freshdesk Live Chat to a couple websites that use Enfold. The submit button is getting cutoff in the Offline Mode.

    I have turned off Enfold and inserted the code into a Footer widget and the Live Chat works fine in the offline mode. When I activate Enfold it does not.

    Hey vagator78,

    Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #lc_chat_layout #lc_chat_container .lc-form-field-wrap .lc-textfield-wrap input, 
#lc_chat_layout #lc_chat_container .lc-form-field-wrap .lc-textfield-wrap .lc-select, 
#lc_chat_layout #lc_chat_container .lc-form-field-wrap .lc-textfield-wrap textarea {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
}

    Bad news…..still having issue

    I looked at it on another computer and had the submit button blocked out. I cleared the cache…etc.

    It seems like the code works only on the computer I am using to edit, after I save to the template.

    I checked in other browsers with the same issue.

    The code only works if I am logged into WP…once I log out and go to the home page it does not work.

    Hi,

    You are most likely getting cached results, could you check it in an incognito window using Chrome please?

    Hi,
    I can’t seem to figure out where I insert the code for freshdesk chat. I have read the above comments and don’t understand why I would have to ‘turn off’ Enfold to insert the code. Can you please let me know where and/or how to insert the code?
