Hello,
Please check http://www.maco-design.nl/product/buitentafel/
When you view the product and click on a small image underneath the big image, a white frame shows around the image. This frame will disappear when you click next to the image.
This frame wasn’t there before. How come it shows now and how can I make it go away? Thanks for your answer!

That’s most likely another lightbox plugin your using. Deactivate all of your plugins and then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

So the problem comes from WooCommerce, you think? Because the products are shown in WooCommerce.
MartineMarch 8, 2015 at 6:48 pm #407717Hi!
Yes, you may have the WooCoommerce lightbox functionality activated, if you want to use that instead of the Enfold one you’d need to disable it in the Theme Options.

I didn’t make a specific setting in WooCommerce for how to show the images. When I want to disable the function in Enfold, is it in “Advanced Settings”?This frame wasn’t there before. I think it showed up after an update. So when I disable the lightbox functionality in the Theme options, the frame will go away?
Advanced settings? Or anywhere else? I can’t find where to change the setting.

I disabled the option but the frames still appear. So it’s an WooCommerce issue then?
MartineMarch 8, 2015 at 9:01 pm #407752Can you please a screenshot of the frame you are referring to?

JosueMarch 8, 2015 at 10:02 pm #407763See attachment. The white frame around the image wasn’t there before. You only saw the image. Now the image is smaller then before and has the white frame. It’s on all images in the products on http://www.maco-design.nl
March 8, 2015 at 10:48 pm #407770Oh i see, that’s seems to be jquery-colorbox plugin. I’d suggest disabling it (Plugins) and enabling the Enfold one again.
Best regards,
