Foward portfolio entry or post to a page

Hello, I would like to use a masonry or portfolio grid to link to separate pages. It would just enable me to display image links the way I want to. (I cannot achieve this by using the Image content element, for example).

I would then need to set up portfolio items that, rather than display content, forwards to a certain page. Can this be done somehow?
