Hello,
I am building a page under my domain and forwarded with masking to another, it works on desktop but not read correct on mobile devices. Is there a solution for this? Hosting company mentioned about iframe that i have no idea.
Thank you in advance
Hey dilge,
I have taken a look at all three domains and they are working for me with Android.
What error are you getting when the last two don’t forward to the first one?
What mobile device and browser are you using?
Best regards,
Mike
Hello Mike,
I have an iphone so when i check in safari, firefox or chrome on my phone all i see is blank screen. Main domain which i forwarded others is working fine on my phone as well, just the others which forwarded with masking is not reading mobile version of the page, tries to read desktop version and end up not seeing anything.
Thank you
Thank you so much Mike, appreciated. Please check private content.
Hey,
I checked your website on my iphone but it does seem to be working fine on my end as well. I attached screenshot and more info in private content field.

Hey Yigit,
Since it took a lot of time to fix this issue, I had to remove forward with masking and directly forwarded the domain, this is not what i want but it was the only way for now to read the site correctly on mobile. I made a research little bit about it so the issue as far as i see from the forums on web is iframe, so there needs to be a code to direct the visitors to mobile version when it is forwarded with masking. If you have any suggestions please let me know, but I think it is a issue with template at least what hosting company told me so.
best,
Hi,
Have you tried using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-mask/ and check if that does the job?
If not, could you please request more information from your hosting provider?
Best regards,
Yigit
thank you Yigit will look into it.
