Forum Registration Not Working

Hello, we had to purchase a new license for Enfold and I entered the token for the forum, but never received an email.

I try to enter it again and it says ‘Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.’
