Forum Registration doesn't work

I need support on a theme I purchased. I tried to register for the forum. I entered my license key but received no email. You state, “Feel free to send us your verification key via this contact form and we will register you manually.” Yet the link to the forum simply leads to a page that directs me to the forum. And since I’m not registered, I can’t ask you questions. How am I supposed to get support? It seems like you really aren’t interested in supporting your paying customers.
