    Hello,
    I have 3 different Item Purchase Codes regisitrated with different usernames and different e-mail addresses. But don’t get any emails with access data. The moderators write only I should look in the private content field. How should that go without reply mail? I do not receive a reply mail from Kriesi no matter if new registration or password reset. I ask one more for help !!!!!! :-( :-(

    When we reply to your thread, you receive an email and in that email there should be a link to open your pre-sale question thread on our support forum :)
