Hello,
I am trying to sign up to the forum because i have a question about my Enfold Theme. I get this error:
Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 238 of the file /home/nahelp.nl/public_html/nahelp.nl/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/nahelp.nl/public_html/nahelp.nl/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-ajax.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/plesk/php/7.3/share/pear’)

I do not know how to fix this.

I tried to subscribe to the forum using my License Certificate number i have from another product i have, so i can ask the question:
4b5e13cb-146a-451a-b4e6-c27fc878ac35
But it gives an error when i sign up.

Can you please tell me how i can get help with this?

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1. Enfold version you are currently using is not compatible with your WordPress version :)

You would need an Enfold purchase code to be able to register to our support forums. Please see screenshot below to find your purchase code

Hi Yigit,

Thanks for answering. When i log in to wordpress is sais that all my themes are up to date. So i do not see the option to update Enfold.
What do i do?

Hi Hermen,

You can generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates. Please see instructions here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
