    Hi,
    For some reason I can’t find the forum buttons on the admin menu.
    Can someone suggest can I find it.
    We have used the forum for a while before and we’ve put it down now we’d like to re-launch it again…
    P.S it may be connected to the WP 3.8 updade?

    Are you talking about the BBpress forum? Maybe you deactivated it on the plugins panel.

    Hi Ismael,
    It seems that i was talking about the BBpress plugin ( didn’t know it was it). But after reading your reply I was checking the plugin’s panel and it there and active. Still I can’t find it on the menu.
    Any suggestions.

    Hi!

    I’ve tried logging in with the above credentials a few times and with variations on the capitalization but wasn’t able to log in.

    You can try updating bbPress, deleting it and re-installing and deactivating all other active plugins in case there is a conflict to try and fix the issue as well.

    Thanks for your help!
    Just fixed the problem.You were right about the conflicting issue.
    The thing is that we want to launch a forum and before that we would like to improve our security on the site.
    some of the security plugins we’ve tried caused the same thing- conflicted with the bbpress.
    Any suggestions for security plugin which can be integrated. Or maybe another solution?

    Yep I’ve tried the Better WP Security and that was the one that made troubles.
    I’ll check the plugins on the link you sent me, however I prefer the freebies:)
