    Hello,

    I have setup about 5 small forms on my page and have tested them to see if they send back the full and correct data, but it seems some pieces are missing. For example, there will be a Name input, Email input, and a text area for a message, and only the name gets sent back to my email, and this same kind of instance happens for a couple others.

    Any ideas why and how to fix it?

    Hi Colin!

    Are these forms in the same page? do they have the same structure or labels?

    Hey Josue,

    I have created the forms on one page then copied and pasted the HTML of the forms onto another page, and three of them have the same structure and two are their own

    I think it would be more convenient to use a specialized form plugin for that case, like – http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
