The forms on our site send when the delivery email address is @yahoo.com or @gmail.com. Further, the autoresponders always work. However, when the forms are designated to be sent to our Outlook 365 email addresses, the forms are not received.
Does anyone know what steps can be taken to correct this?

I’m not sure there is anything we could do to change what email servers receive or do not receive the emails. You would have the best luck talking to the service provider and making sure that your domain isn’t blocked by them or marked as spam.
