    Hi

I tried Formcraft on my Enfold site and when I imported their forms, it immediately shows problems displaying the forms: https://dns.d.pr/4ckVvB
I also saw other users reporting other problems about the same plugin, here in the forum.

I contacted Formcraft’s support and this was their answer:

    Hello,

This is a hard fix. They are using IDs to enforce CSS on the elements. This is a poor coding practice. I can’t fix the issue without sharing an even worse code.

I would highly recommend you reach out to your theme developer and point them to this Envato Theme requirement:
    https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000479946-WordPress-Theme-Coding-Requirements#h_7520408803181522300441040

    It reads:
"When using CSS (or JavaScript) to manipulate elements, you must make sure that only your elements are affected. For example, when applying CSS to jQuery UI elements you’ve added to a page, you must make sure any jQuery UI elements that may be added by another item are not affected.”

Any idea/clue on how to get this problem solved?

    Hey sitesme,

Thanks for the screenshot, could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem as well please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
