Hi Enfold Support Team,
Formatting across my site disappear. Need to manually update every individual page to restore the correct formatting.

This is an example page, where formatting is completely off, https://shamsgroup.com/patient-check-in-registration-kiosk/
Same issue happening on our staging site as well, https://w68.f91.myftpupload.com/contactless-patient-intake/

Could you please help me identify the issue and a solution for this?

I can’t see any problems on the pages that you linked to. How can we reproduce the results that you are seeing on your end?

Hi Rikard

If you check and compare the staging site link, https://w68.f91.myftpupload.com/patient-check-in-registration-kiosk/ and live site link, https://shamsgroup.com/patient-check-in-registration-kiosk/ the buttons appear different and even the background color of the column disappears. If I go inside the page and click on ‘Update’ then only the formatting of the page appears properly.

Hi,

Did you try to clear all caches that might be applying to the site? Did you try to toggle the file compression options under Enfold->Performance? You could also try to activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files on the same page.

Hi,

Yes, I tried do things like,
CSS File Compression and Merging – Disabled
Javascript File Compression and Merging – Disabled
and Delete old CSS and JS Files checked.

but it still doesn’t solve the problem.
