Formatting emails from contact form

Hi

Is there any way to format the email I receive when someone sends me a message through the contact form?

What I get now looks like this:

Surname: Messi
E-Mail: messi@ gmail.com
E-Mail (confirm): messi@ gmail.com
Please specify your preference xyz: Preference 123
Comment: Hi there, this is a short comment

The actual form is much longer and I would much prefer the entered information to stand out, for example like this:

Given Name: Lionel
Surname: Messi
E-Mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)
E-Mail (confirm): (Email address hidden if logged out)
Please specify your preference xyz: Preference 123
Comment: Hi there, this is a short comment
———————

Is there any way to do that?
Also, is it possible to have an automatic check if the two email addresses are identical?
