    Hi There,

    The Format box not showing in post on one website.

    Update: When we deactivate the box and reactivate it, it is showing up. After saving the post it is disappearing again.

    Any idea?

    Hi elbnetz,

    I’m not sure what you mean by the format box? Could you try to explain a bit further please? We will need admin login details to check the backend, please post them in private.

    When you open an existing article you should see on the right hand side a “format” box to select the format with wich the article should be published. But you don’t. Only if you deactivate and reactivate the box under options.

    Hi,

    That’s probably because it’s been deselected by someone at some point, if you select it and save it should show up the next time.

    Hi,

    The post format module is there when I edit the post. And it’s still there after I updated the page. This issue is probably not theme-related. Please try to deactivate all plugins if the issue is still happening.
