Hi.
Not receiving emails that are sent from the form of items in the portfolio…

You have a contact form in your portfolio post but you are not receiving emails? Does it work in a page?
Try deactivating all plugins and send us a link to your post and we’ll send you a test email.
This is usually a problem with the server though so I would contact your hosting provider and let them know your having trouble receiving emails. Also try installing this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/, and send a test email there to see if it works.

The problem is in the forms included in the portfolio items, eg http://arojo.es/Items%20de%20portfolio/vivienda-unifamiliar-isla-plana/. I have also disabled all plugins and still not working.

Do you have the form set to redirect to a new page when submitted? If so then make sure there are no typos in the URL.

Go ahead and update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version (3.0.8), and then let us know if we can deactivate your plugins while testing.

I updated Enfold and when I try to open an item’s portfolio an error message appears 404 …regards

Your still using old versions it looks like. Go ahead and create a backup and let us know when your done and we’ll update WordPress and Enfold for you and do some more testing.

I updated WordPress and now fuciona correctly: I can see the items in the portfolio and also receive emails sent from the form.
