    Hello. Sadly the form in my footer is not working. I think the module might be broken within the theme. When I fill it in online it comes back with a response “Please fill in all required fields.” even though all fields have been filled in. Then if I try to recreate it and add a new one in when I drag the mail chimp signup module into the page there is nothing in the section that says “Edit Contact Form Elements”. I have put a link to a screen grab of the mail chimp module in the private info. I would really appreciate your help… Thanks

    Hey Kate,
    Thanks for your question, I see that you are using Enfold v5.2.1, Mail Chimp has updated their API.
    Please update your theme to v5.6.4 and then resave the Mail Chimp option in Enfold Theme Options ▸ Newsletter ▸ Mailchimp and then open your Mail Chimp element on the page and resave and check again.

    Thanks for your response. When I click “check manually” for updates it’s saying I am up to date. How do I force a new update (without FTP)?

    Hi,
    To update, download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
    Installing_theme_from_uploaded_file_This_theme_is_already_installed.jpg
    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
