    Hey guys, working with a 3rd party integration. The form pulls in with select values missing. Is this due to a conflict with your theme?

    Hey Justin,

    As far as I can see that field has no value, but the dates show up once you click on it at least. Are you getting the same problem if you activate one of the default themes like TwentySeventeen?
