    Sometimes when i change the information in a form then publish my page, all the data is reset to default

    this bug is intermittent and doesent always happen

    Hey Amauta,

    Could you try to delete the element and recreate it to see if that helps? If not, the please send us an admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi Rikard,

    I delete and recreate it and I have the same problem.

    1. Email addresses changed
    2. Form configuration changed to the standard one
    3. Redirection to my thank you page changed

    I will send you one of my credentials to take a look.

    I also have this problem on the bottom of the same page.
    My e-mails shows like that.
    [email protected]

    I fixed the problem on the text (WYSIWYG) then I save the page and when I come back to edit that page, the problem is back and I see the e-mail again as [email protected]

    Hey!

    please try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue. Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version as well.
