    Hi guys

    I have a form set up and set the autoresponder text to Thank you for contacting us.

    I get the form sent back to me as the owner of website but the autoresponder is not sent back to the user who filled the form in.

    I have searched the forum and seen quite a few threads on this and tried various solutions but none of them seem to work.

    Any ideas????? I have put the admin login below in the private area.

    I see a couple of forms on the site would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Hi Vinay

    Thank you for your very quick response….. superb support :-)

    Sorry the form is on the Home – Front Page, the 2 contact forms in the color sections under the Sell my Left Hand Drive Car heading.
    (ps there are 2 forms as the client wanted a different layout on a tablet and pc – so a smaller column form is shown on a tablet/mobile and a larger column form is shown on the pc).

    Hi,

    Could you try to updating to the latest version of the theme (3.5.4) to see if that helps? Also, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to see if they can see any errors of emails bouncing on your site.

    Thanks for your help guys, I have managed to get the contact form 7 plugin working and styled as I want.
