Greetings,
I have tried everything and can’t get my footer items to show correctly on the Front Page of this website: http://www.flyboardcozumel.com.
I have tried deactivating all plugins and that did not help.
Please advise on how I can get this fixed!
Thanks for your help,
MarkMarch 3, 2016 at 10:40 pm #592977PLEASE HELP!
Everything looks right on EVERY other page besides the Front Page. Why is this happening? Seems like a quick and easy fix.
-MMarch 3, 2016 at 11:06 pm #592994Hi!
Can you please elaborate on the issue you are having? Your footer widgets seem totally fine to me.

YigitMarch 3, 2016 at 11:21 pm #593017Hi Yigit,
Thank you so much for the reply.
So it would appear that way… but the Front Page is showing different footer widgets than the rest of the site.
If you look here: http://www.flyboardcozumel.com/flyboard-2/ – these are the footer items we would like to display.
The Front Page is also not showing “edit page” options at the top of the page.
Thanks again.

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?
Best regards,
YigitMarch 3, 2016 at 11:26 pm #593020Here you go. Let me know if you need anything else.
March 3, 2016 at 11:29 pm #593023Hi!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins temporarily and flush cache and check if that helps?
I noticed that you set your frontpage in Settings > Reading as well. That is not necessary, you should only set it in Enfold theme options.Cheers!
YigitMarch 3, 2016 at 11:34 pm #593029Ok. Just deactivated and flushed cache… nothing yet.
March 4, 2016 at 5:22 am #593087Is there any update on this???
March 5, 2016 at 12:40 am #593593Hey Yigit,
Have you been able to locate the issue yet?March 7, 2016 at 5:57 am #594066PLEASE HELP!
This issue has still not been resolved. It is a problem that my homepage is not showing the footer widgets that the rest of the site is… What is happening?March 9, 2016 at 9:31 am #595396Hi!
Did you add the google analytics inside a text block? I got an error in the console which is coming from this script:
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){ (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o), m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m) })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');</p> <p> ga('create', 'UA-46624944-1', 'flyboardcozumel.com'); ga('send', 'pageview');

IsmaelMarch 9, 2016 at 6:24 pm #595722I may have at one point in time… but I don’t see it anywhere when trying to edit the page. How might I be able to delete that off the page?
March 11, 2016 at 5:49 pm #596963So… anymore insight here? I also see it when I select view page source code… but it is NOT in any text block on the page. Is there a way to delete it off of the homepage by some other method?
-MarkMarch 16, 2016 at 5:21 pm #599028Hey!
refrain from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

AndyMarch 23, 2016 at 9:42 pm #602799Hey Andy,
I uploaded all theme files via FTP, and there is NO difference.
What is the next step?
It is so weird that the right things show up in the footer when I am logged in and do not show when I log out…Thanks,
MakrMarch 25, 2016 at 6:08 pm #603684Hi!
tried to login using credentials you have provided here but they don’t work anymore. Can you check please?
Do you get similar problem when using a default WordPress theme instead? Ask your host if they are using any kind of caching on your server, which might cause this issue.

AndyApril 1, 2016 at 3:11 am #606447Hi Andy,
I updated the account with password previously provided.
I will ask my host about any caching…
Please let me know what you can find out.

Weird!
What browser is that? It does not show that way on Chrome and Firefox…
Can you check those two browsers and see if it is the same on your end?

VinayApril 1, 2016 at 6:52 am #606500Hi Vinay,
So I have checked all browsers and even different devices, and I am not seeing the front page loaded with the footer items in the above picture… What is going on?
Thanks,
MarkApril 1, 2016 at 8:33 am #606539Hi!
100% Positive the footer widgets are visible on all browser without logged in. Please clear your cache and check on other system or ask a buddy who is using a different system if you can…
Cheers!

Alright. I’ll check other devices and browsers…. still seems odd that they are not showing on my end. But we shall see. Thanks for your help.
