    Hi, When I install the theme I added some info to the footer’s widgets. A couple of days later I wanted to edit that info but the footer widgets are not responding to clicking so I cant open them to change the content.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    I could open and make changes to both footer widgets you have added. See my screenshots in the private section.

    Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

    Hi Jordan, I did both Ctrl + Shift + F5 and “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” but still can’t open the footer widgets. I also tried IE and another computer, still no luck :-(

    Hi,

    That’s strange. Does your user have the correct access/permissions? Try using the Enfold user you created for us.

    Also try using a different Internet source if you have not tried that already.

    Then why I cant edit them, I tried 3 different computers and internet connections. Can you help me to fix this?

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem. Also are you using an administrator to make these changes to the footer widget? Also ensure it is only happening to the footer widget.
