    Hello,
    I updated the enfold theme and now the footer is showing the default Footer text/links. I’ve filled some items in the footer columns design > widgets but still not working.

    Hey intension,

    Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

    If you should need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please activate the Appearance->Theme file editor, or include FTP login details in private as well.

    I actually fixed it myself. I went to theme > customize and activate it for the footer.
