Hi. I am setting up a simple form in my footer widget using short code. Was able to turn on and use the Debug feature to build a form and extract the code. It worked. However, emails are only going to my default address and not the others I have designated in the recipient field. Please advise, thanks.

Thank you for using our theme.
Did you enter the e-mails seperated with “,” in the e-mail parameter like:
[av_contact email=' (Email address hidden if logged out) , (Email address hidden if logged out) ' ....and did you integrate
[av_contact_field label='E-Mail' type='text' check='is_email' options='' multi_select='' width=''][/av_contact_field]If you want to the customer to recieve an E-Mail you have to set the Autorespond Text.
Cheers!
GünterMarch 19, 2016 at 8:23 pm #600737Thanks for your help. I did have the syntax correct. This had been working previously, with these addresses. However, I explored this issue further with my hosting company and learned that Cox mail is filtering out messages as spam when multiple addresses are included as recipients. I will need to contact Cox about this problem. Meanwhile, I am using non-cox email recipients in the form and it is working just fine. thanks again.
