    I want to do link specifically the 2nd footer column widget title. How can i do that?

    Try putting a link as the Widget Title:

    <a href='http://google.com'>Link</a>

    Sorry, doesn’t work it.

    I put it in widget 2nd footer column and i use visual editor or text editor.

    Hm, i don’t think we’re talking about the same thing, can you provide screenshots of what you’re trying to achieve? a link to the site would be helpful too.

    Ok.
    In appearance > Widgets > Footer – column2, i use visual editor and i do link the title (Images).

    Sorry, this plugin (widget title links) doesn’t show in widget area after activation.

    I use this plugin (Enhanced Text Widget) and work perfectly.
