Hello,
after a WordPress and Enfold update to the latest version (done monthly) our settings in Enfold Theme > Footer are ignored. There are 3 widgets displayed which should be from an Enfold demo, see hidden link. I have also created a backend login. Please log in once and see why all settings in the footer settings are ignored.

Thank you for the inquiry.
There are older copies of the footer.php and the header.php files in the child theme directory, which might require updating. Please get a fresh copy of those template files from the latest version of the theme.

Thank you very much. I had tried this with the footer.php and did not know that the header.php is also relevant for this. I have exchanged both files and it works – almost everywhere.
Only the EN version of the website – and here too only the start page – still shows the “defective” standard footer. The footer for all subpages of the EN language version is correct.
What could be the reason for this?

I can’t see any differences in the footer on the two pages in private, did you manage to find a solution? If not, then please try loading the problem page in an incognito or private browser window.
