Footer Problem with Plugins

Hey,

I have the problem when I use my Footer with Plugins that these break the Design. Also it seems to Duplicate some content into the Footer.
Two Plugins have the same Problem WP Downloadmanager and KB Minerva. I posted the example pages in the private content.

I created the footer of my page a little different as this one was a little trickier than a normal footer. I used the Plugin Pages in Widgets and created the complete footer in an page and then used 1 Column Footer and called that page into the Widget.
So the Footer is basically a page and not single widgets. This works fine when I don’t use any plugins.

As the problem is with two plugins I guess this is no problem of the Plugin but something with the Footer i guess.
So I would appreciate any help on this.
