Dear support team,
I have that the footer does not stay where it should be. It cuts across the web page.
I send you the log-in info. Hopefully you can help me. I have good back-ups you may do what you like to try to solve the problem.
Also it looks like my new licence code is not accepted. The theme is not looking for updates.

My mistake I put a back-up back from weeks earlier to check if my video problem was gone. But it wasn’t. I have not an older back-up from the time the videos works. I forgot after this your log-in was gone too. Sorry!
And I have now a video play problem too. :-( I wrote the cexplanation text for you at the page with the footer problem and video problem.
Maybe you will take a look to both problems.

It seems like you have inserted your purchase code in Enfold theme options. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert your Personal Token instead :)
I looked for other problems too. Only the page I shared in private content field has footer issue and that is because there is no content in it and will be solved when you add content to your page.
If that is not the issue you mentioned, could you please share a link to your pages where we can see video and footer issues? :)

The footer and video problem is in the course page for students. Not the page you mean.
You can only see this page when you folow the steps I wrote in the private data, because it is in a course.yes :-) I used the purchase code from Enfold I shall try to folow up the steps from the link you have send me. Not easy :-)

Thanks!Maybe this is important too. I have had also a slider problem. When I made a copy of the slider, give a new name, and changed the layer text in the back-end. The text I changed in the slider was not vissible in the front-end. Nothing was changed in the front-end. I had to make 3 the same sliders with only onther text. Without possibility to copy the full slider and make only text changes in another language.

I’m very sorry for the late reply. We’ve been trying to find a solution for your problem, but haven’t able to do so unfortunately. The simplest solution might be to hide the footer on your course pages, would that be an alternative for you? If not then I think it will require large amounts of customisations, which would be out of scope of theme support.
