    Hello,
    I have a problem with the footer only on one page on my website.
    The footer has a different lenght and text colors have changed compared with other pages.
    This specific page has a lot of contents, could this be the problem?
    We can give you username and password if you need it.

    Thanks for that. Could you try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcode of the problem page to a new page to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikard,
    I have done what you suggest me but I can’t see the builder shortcodes.
    Sorry for my inexperience!
    Maybe because I have to go on dashboard-enfold-layout builder and checked “Show element options for developers”?

    Hi,

    You need to enable debug mode as what Rikard said so you can see the shortcodes, just follow the instructions in the link he gave and that should work just fine.
