    looks like the same problem as https://kriesi.at/support/topic/alb-footer-gone-for-costumer/ – user editor pro

    which plugin for editing user profiles. how can we solve this?

    Hi,

    Please try to replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help from us, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
