Hi.
I’m having a CSS issue on my products page. The footer background isn’t showing as full width on the products overview page as it is on other pages. It looks like a conflict in code, because the socket colors are also incorrect on the overview pages – but correct every where else. I’d appreciate any help you can provide.
Thank you.
Hey Veronica,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Done!
Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Yigit
I prefer to wait for someone to use the log in I generated to have a look at the code since this isn’t happening on any other woocommerce page or unrelated pages. I am 90% sure it’s a conflict in the CSS but I can’t find it.
Hi,
Thanks for the login details though going to /wp-admin displays this message: You must log in to access the admin area. And wp-login.php gives me a 404 page, what is your login page?
Best regards,
Rikard
You’re right. When I originally posted this it was the default, which I left up for a week thinking that would be long enough to correct the issue. URL in private.
Hi,
please follow Yigit’s advice and deactivate all plugins one by one, to check which one is causing this issue. In addition you can also remove any custom code you’re using, to check if one is causing it. Let us know about your results.
Best regards,
Andy
