I would like to editing the styling of the footer menu in the following ways:
- Parent items exhibit the H4 style
- Children are not bulletted/indented
- Line height is reduced

Desired Footer – http://imgur.com/iNPkKEAFrom what I see you set Footer Columns to 1 and put a lot of shortcodes in the text widget. Can you try to do this instead, add the Subscribe to Newsletter in each page, then set Footer Columns to 4, then in each Footer Column add a widget. Hope this helps.
