    Hello Support Team,

    I just updated from an older version (4.2) to the recent version (5.5) of the Enfold theme. The website also uses an Enfold Child Theme.
    Everything works perfect, except the footer is missing since the update. In theme options > footer the configuration is set to “show footer widgets and socket”, like it was before. The defined widgets from before are also still present.
    When I switch back to the older version, the footer is there.

    Do you have any ideas? Am I missing something?

    Hey monolith-collectiv,

    Are you overriding footer.php and/or header.php in your child theme? If so, then please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.
